Mumbai city and its suburbs are expected to witness mainly clear skies as per the IMD forecast, with a maximum temperature of around 33 degrees Celsius and a minimum of about 27 degrees Celsius for the day, and humidity at 59 per cent.
As per IMD data, nearby observation points such as Colaba and Santacruz reported minimum temperatures ranging between 27.5 degrees Celsius and 28 degrees Celsius and with no rainfall predictions, confirming a dry weather pattern across Mumbai and adjoining coastal areas.
Despite warm conditions, Mumbai's air quality remained stable and within acceptable limits. The Central Pollution Control Board's Sameer App reported an overall Air Quality Index (AQI) of 55 for the city, which comes under âsatisfactory'.

All monitoring stations across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region remained in the âsatisfactory' category, indicating no major pollution concerns, with Mulund recording the best AQI among all areas at 19 as per the Sameer app.
The IMD has also forecast dry weather conditions across most parts of Maharashtra on Monday. No significant rainfall activity is expected, keeping conditions stable across the state.
Delhi experienced thunderstorms, rain, and gusty winds overnight, which led to a noticeable dip in temperatures across the city on Monday, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The minimum temperature at Safdarjung was recorded at 18.8 degrees Celsius, which is 5.9 degrees below normal. Palam saw a low of 17.9 degrees Celsius, 7.7 degrees below normal, while The Ridge recorded 18 degrees Celsius, 7 degrees below normal. Lodi Road registered 20 degrees Celsius, 3 degrees below normal, and Ayanagar recorded 19 degree Celsius, 4.6 degrees below normal, reported PTI
Rain was reported in several parts of Delhi between late night and early morning hours. Safdarjung and Palam received around 5.7 mm of rain each in the last 24 hours till 8:30 am. Ayanagar recorded the highest rainfall at 13 mm, while Lodi Road and The Ridge received 4 mm each, as per the news agency.
The IMD has forecast the maximum temperature to remain between 31 degrees Celsius and 33 degrees Celsius during the day. Delhi's air quality was recorded in the âmoderate' category with an AQI of 106, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
