Former Union Minister Ram Naik, who is BJP candidate from Mumbai North Lok Sabha seat, is worth Rs 2.46 crore, according to the affidavit submitted by him while filing his papers.
The figure excludes property worth Rs 45.35 lakh that his wife Kunda owns, the affidavit noted.
The flats of Naik are valued at over Rs one crore, up by around Rs 20 lakh when he last contested Lok Sabh poll. When he lost to actor Govinda in 2004, Naik had declared assets of Rs 84 lakh.
