Holl ywoo d star Mark Ruffalo u2014 best remembered for playing Hulk in the Avengers series u2014 is reportedly being eyed to star in the Parasite TV series, based on Bong Joon- hou2019s Best Picture Oscar winner. Joon- ho and Succession executive producer Adam McKay will adapt the South Korean language film for the small screen as a six- hour project.
A source told an international publication that Ruffalo was directly contacted by Joon- ho to play one of the leads in the show. Plot details for the series remain scarce, and the characters will not necessarily mirror those in the film.
Asked to comment on the report, Ruffalo praised Parasite, and added, u201c You know how it is. Nothing is done until itu2019s done. Maybe, one day.
