Cardinal Ivan Dias, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples (Vatican) and ex head of the Archdiocese of Bombay will be in Mumbai on Thursday.

He will publicly felicitate members of the congregation at Stanislaus school grounds in Bandra.
The cardinal will address the issues of 26/11 and persecution of Christians in Orissa and Karnataka, among others at the function.
