The refurbushed flyover which has now been named as Sindoor flyover is expected to play a crucial role in easing east-west traffic movement in South Mumbai.

Damage to the road on the lane from Masjid to Pdemello Road on the recently renamed Sindoor Flyover bridge has sparked outrage among commuters.

Despite being inaugurated by CM Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday, parts of the Sindoor Flyover are already showing signs of wear near Masjid station.

The road surface connecting Masjid to P D'Mello Road on the Sindoor Flyover is riddled with early damage, highlighting construction and drainage concerns.

Commuters navigate cautiously over uneven surfaces on the eastern corridor of the Sindoor Flyover.

As South Mumbai embraces the Sindoor Flyover, deteriorating and bad road quality on the Masjid to Pdemello lane raises questions about the long-term durability and maintenance planning of the flyover.
