Pramila was also a former corporator and had fought the 2017 BMC Election from the undivided Shiv Sena 

Maharashtra Minister Uday Samant was also present during the induction of Dilip Shinde and his wife Pramila into the Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde faction)

The BMC Election 2026 will be held on Thursday, January 15, from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm

Meanwhile, on the last day of campaigning, Deputy CM Eknath Shinde held a roadshow for Mahayuti candidates across Dahisar, Borivali, Magathane, Kandivali, Malad, Dindoshi, and Jogeshwari

The Mahayuti combine, comprising the BJP and the Shiv Sena led by Eknath Shinde, is likely to face a tough contest from the Congress and the MNS–Shiv Sena (UBT)–NCP (SP) alliance in Mumbai
