According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Mumbai is expected to witness mainly clear skies throughout the day, with temperatures likely to range between 23 degrees Celsius and 34 degC

According to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB)’s Sameer app, the city is currently recording an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 70, which falls under the ‘satifactory’ category

The Regional Met Centre (RMC) in Mumbai, the minimum temperature in the city was on Friday morning recorded at 23.6 degrees Celsius

As per the data, the Santacruz observatory reported a higher maximum temperature of 38.7 degrees Celsius, which is 5.7 degrees above the normal level on March 5

On March 4, Mumbai recorded a minimum temperature of 24.0 degrees Celsius at Colaba and 22.6 degrees Celsius at Santacruz on Wednesday, as per IMD data 

A light haze was visible across parts of Mumbai on March 4. After citizens enjoyed a couple of days of cleaner air, the AQI had once again climbed on Wednesday

Air quality monitoring stations across various parts of Mumbai reported mixed but improved readings

Authorities continue to monitor pollution levels closely as rising temperatures and humidity may affect air quality in the coming days.
