After recording a spike in fresh Covid-19 cases on Wednesday, Mumbai reported a significant drop in the numbers and a marginal improvement in the test positivity rate on Thursday. However, fatalities increased compared to the previous day. Out of a total 43,26,427 doses administered till date, 3,09,702 were Covaxin and 907 were Sputnik, the rest were Covishield.
