Mumbai Khabar: No bird flu in chickens so far, says BMC

The BMC has said that Bird flu or Avian influenza has not been found in hens so far. While the results of tests on two crows for the H5N1 avian influenza are awaited and carcasses of two other crows tested positive, the BMC has been flooded with calls regarding inquiries and to report dead birds across the city. Meanwhile, ahead of the first phase of vaccination for healthcare professionals on January 16, the civic body will be undertaking the second dry-run on January 15. Watch this video to find out more.
