Parikshith Dalal (35), a Pune based software engineer, has, in his complaint alleged that the doctors not only 'killed' his wife and child but also tried to conceal critical facts.

On April 14, Dr P Ashok, Dr Indira Rao and Dr Inayatullah Shariff, the chief medical officer began operating on Dalal's wife Kapali.

Hospital where Kapali died.

"Moments later, the doctors told me she was dead and advised me to move the body at the earliest. The doctors claimed Kapali died due to cardio respiratory arrest," said Dalal.

Dalal filed a complaint with the Pulakshi Nagar police. His suspicions deepened when the postmortem report said that Kapali had died of serious fracture injuries in the spinal cord and ribs.
