Dolce (sweet in Italian) is inspired by the life of Queen Marie Antoinette who indulged in intricately made pastries and wine. In keeping with tradition, Dolce creates authentic desserts to sinfully indulge people.

To ensure that these standards are maintained, Chef Aishwarya Nair uses the highest quality ingredients including Valrhona chocolate, Himalayan Pink Salt and seasonal fruit.

It's been two years since Aishwarya began accepting orders, which include cakes, cupcakes and cookies. For cakes, Dolce offers a range of flavours including Bailey's Irish Cream, White Chocolate Raspberry, Three Chocolate Mousse, After Eight Mint, Green Tea and Lemon and Black Forest Creme Brulee. As for cupcakes, the menu lists five flavours -- Red Velvet & Cream Cheese, Vanilla Peach, Carrot and Cream Cheese, Salted Caramel Chocolate and Lemon Cream. Traditional homestyle American cookies including Chocolate Chip, Toffee and Double Chocolate are also up for grabs.
