83 kg ganja seized from ambulance; four arrested in Jharkhand’s Simdega district

Four people were arrested in Jharkhand's Simdega district after 83 kg of ganja was seized from an ambulance, police said on Thursday. An ambulance allegedly tried to flee after spotting the police but was intercepted.

A search of the vehicle led to the recovery of 82.98 kg of ganja packed in 83 packets and kept in three sacks, besides Rs 27,000 in cash, said police.
