Head to the designer bazaar where you can check out the latest designs by 10 designers from Mumbai and Pune all under one roof
With Diwali around the corner, now is the time to shop till you drop. That explains the host of exhibitions and flea markets that are happening across the city. The latest such exhibition to hit the city is Uzma Poonawalla's Designer Bazaar.
"My friend and partner Rutuja Baravkar and I run the brand Round 6. I was to launch my own line of clothes when I thought of stocking other designers' clothes as well. Since Diwali is just around the corner, we decided to throw in some festive products as well," says Uzma.
The Bazaar will include an array of clothes, accessories, footwear, artefacts, chocolates, hair extensions as well as traditional Thai foot reflexology and astrology sessions. Featuring 11 stalls, the Bazaar will include garments by 10 designers (five from Mumbai and five from Pune).
"Our last flea market at Tertulia's was excellent. So, this time as well, we are expecting a good response," adds Uzma. "Actually, I got an inkling about this when I posted this on Facebook and got an overwhelming response," she smiles.u00a0
