Kiran Kumar, AVP, Mantri Developers, said, "This will be our most expensive and prestigious project. It is strategically located around all major companies and hospitals. We'll be using state-of-the-art equipment, and the building will have all the modern amenities."
The complex will have high-speed elevators that will use biometric sensors to separate residents and building staff from visitors.u00a0 The project was begun last month, even though it was sanctioned in February.
Rajeev, deputy director of Town Planning (BBMP), said, "The pollution control board and other agencies have proved them the NOC's, after which we gave them the sanction."
