While Tamil superstar Rajnikant voted for a "stable government", in Chennai today morning, another top actor Kamal Haasan was unable to exercise his franchise as his name was not on the voters' list.
After casting his ballot here, Rajnikant told the media that he had voted to ensure a stable government at the centre.
Kamal Haasan rued that his name was not found on the electoral rolls. Speaking to the media, Kamal said that he had been advocating the right to vote through the media but it was frustrating to note that his name was not in the voters list. The thespian also said that he had cancelled the shooting in Hyderabad and rushed to Chennai to cast his vote.
