From emceeing events to almost bagging a role in a film by a hotshot director, 20-year-old Samuel Abraham's stars seem to be shining bright. u00a0
Kannada film director Yograj Bhat reportedly wants Samuel to act in his next film. The talented youngster caught the director's eye when he anchoring a popular talent hunt, conducted by an FM radio station, at Garuda Mall. The Mungaru Male director, who was on the jury, spoke to Sam a day after the contest finals.u00a0u00a0
"Yograj Bhat has met him," said Nandeesh M R, manager, Garuda Mall. "He took Sam's details immediately after the show. Later, he talked to him."u00a0u00a0
Sam's electrifying performance as emcee is said to have impressed Yograj, who then called him for a screen test.u00a0u00a0
"Ye, he called me and I met him," said Sam. "We discussed his next venture. He told me about the pros and cons of a film career. But we haven't finalised anything."u00a0
Yograj preferred to play his cards close to his chest. "It's too early to comment on my next venture," he told MID DAY. "Sam is a talented youngster. We have met, but his involvement in my venture will be made known shortly."u00a0

Sam has all it takes to be a star. Fluent in six languages u2013 English, Kannada, Hindi, Kodava, Telugu and Tamil, he is a professional MC and DJ.
