Astrologers predict the influenza is going to stay and that the planets are unfavourable
When everything fails man turns to God and when even he does not respond, enter the soothsayers.
Governments, medical experts across the world blame a non-descript hog and a technical H1N1 virus for the swine flu but actually the reason lies far away in the outer space. The virus, which was sleeping in the body of ever eating and reproducing swine, woke up from its slumber due to Jupiter entering the house of Saturn several light years away.
Dr. Vivek Chopra, a Delhi-based astrologer, told MiD DAY that the worst is yet to come. "June 13 onwards Jupiter will move away from Aquarius towards Capricorn further deteriorating the situation." In fact, Mexican astrologers had predicted the spread of a disease, which will hit a large population across the world much before the influenza assumed pandemic proportions.
When asked why the Indian soothsayers did not warn us, Dr Chopra said, "The global economic meltdown and general elections kept us busy."
Pandit Rakesh Sharma of Jyotish Mandir agreed. "The backward movement of planets from Aquarious to Capricorn is considered inauspicious and cause challenges on the health front."
He added that the planetary position made recession such a phenomenon, which even a man as strong as the US President could not handle.
However, it is not just bad news. Some good tidings are also there.
Renowned astrologer Bejan Daruwala said, "Things will be back to normal by September."
"Neptune and Uranus had a mixed impact this year. Neptune has an impact on human health and animals while Uranus brings sudden trouble," he told MiD DAY.
He claimed to have predicted a health emergency to break out before September 2009.

comfortably.
According to a website www.montalk.net, two astrological factors associated with influenza outbreaks will be converging in the span of a year. If the correlations are not just coincidence, then we may see heightened probability of a pandemic between mid 2009 and late 2010, the website claims.
Astrologers claim that planetary positions do have an effect on human life. Some explain this in terms of the relative gravitational pull and vibrations. According to them the gravitational vibration of each planet overlap and the combined vibrational patterns attract a probable future that involves increased susceptibility to disease.
