The Mayawati government may be in for some major embarrassment as the UP Minister for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development, Awadh Pal Singh Yadav, is set to be booked for triple murder.
Aniruddh Singh, the son of the victim, a trader, filed a plea before the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), demanding that Yadav, his MLC brother Chandra Prakash Yadav, and son Randeep Yadav be booked for the murder of his father and two others on June 10.
On Saturday, the CJM of Etah district, Biddhi Sagar Mishra, ordered that a case of murder be registered. Twelve others have also been named in the FIR.
