I envy music lovers who had the fabulous fortune to watch most of these tracks live, at the band's recent tour of America and Europe held between March '08 and August '08. In spatial terms, In Rainbows exudes with all the cosmic energy it needs, and can create an explosion of music and feeling in your head, one that would resemble the album's collision-themed cover, visually.
Laced with Radiohead's signature eerie tunes (Weird Fishes/Arpeggi, All I Need, Nude, House of Cards),u00a0coupled with Thom Yorke's only moderately British-sounding and defiant vocals, the group makes sure nothing eats into their time when you listen to them. The music on In Rainbows is attached with a hypnotising sway,u00a0 cranked up with electronic sounds, along with their strong guitar-and-drums arrangement.

Videotape opens with a touching keyboard piece, and transcends into a sadness you enjoy grieving. The alt-rock English band are coming of age with their 7th album, and need a new genre to describe them alternative rock puts them on par with bands that aren't in the same league as these virtuosos.u00a0
