Yesterday, all thanks to the siblings' prodding, he discarded his trademark all-white safari for a sharp Italian-cut suit at the two-day Global Investors Meet (GIM) that began yesterday, and asked his ministers to do likewise.
The CM, who is not known to appear in anything other than his beloved white safaris, finally got two Indian, a bandhgala and a Nehru suit and as many western suits stitched because his old ones do not fit him anymore.
