Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday said Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in Assam have prepared a roadmap for tribal development, and the BJP's return to power in the state would ensure its implementation.
