South Central Railways has decided to cancel, partially cancel or divert some trains due to yard remodelling work at Krishna Canal station and track-doubling between Krishna Canal and Mangalagiri stations,.

Among others, the Bangalore-Bhuvaneswar Prashanti Express (train no. 8464), and the Bhavanagar-Kakinada town weekly express (7203), both scheduled to leave Bangalore on September 5, will be diverted.
