Four days from now, Borivali station will get jazzed up with a 112 x 10 feet painting
If you are scheduled to drop by at Borivali Station four days from today, battle out the near-death experience that comes with halting in its chaotic corridors and peer at the top of its fa ade on the eastern side. The Western Railway is putting up a 112 feet x 10 feet painting.
"This is part of a larger project that involves giving a face-lift to stations on the Western line, including Bandra and Marine Lines, to reflect the local ethos of the place," says Nitin Oak, founder-director of Cloud Nine Graphics, the company behind developing 'adarsh' stations.
| Nitin Oak, art professors and students of fine art have been working on the painting for over a month |
