Bihar: STF constable arrested in Bharat Bhushan Tiwari encounter case

A Special Task Force (STF) personnel was arrested here on Friday morning in connection with the encounter of Bharat Bhushan Tiwari, a student and social activist in Bhojpur district last month. The jawan has been identified as Akshay Kumar.

Police had maintained that Tiwari opened fire when they attempted to arrest him on June 17 and that they retaliated in self-defence.
