The actor-politician has been put on a strict diet of fresh air by his wife

I am
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. I eat everything.u00a0u00a0

I begin my day with
A special tea and heavy breakfast which consist of fruits and dry fruits.u00a0u00a0

MY breakfast IS
Normally brown bread toast with butter and eggs.u00a0

u00a0My lunch and dinneru00a0u00a0IS
I eat nothing.u00a0

u00a0In the evenings
At 6 pm, I eat ayurvedic food which is cooked by me. Even during an outdoor shooting, I cook my own food.u00a0u00a0

In sweets I like
Very rarely, may be onceu00a0 a year, I have ras malai. But now my wife has disallowed me that too (laughs).

My fitness regime
Gym, yoga, exercises I do everything. I spend two hours working out. But I go slow, I don't do heavyu00a0 exercises. I have planned to lose 40 kilos in four years. I want to be on the right side of 70 kilos. I was around 112 kgs. I have already lost 25-26 kilos. I am sure I will achieve my aim.

My Sunday lunch
I eat whatever is possible. Sab boss ka order hai.u00a0

u00a0My favourite cooks
My wife Sunita, she makes very good rajma, kali dal, but main better hoon. Main khansama hi hoon, galti se actor aur politician ban gaya, basically main khansama hi hoon (laughs).
u00a0

I can cook
Everything veg, non-veg. I can make dal, chawal, sabzi, roti, different kinds of sandwiches. I only cook on the sets. I like to cook for my unit. Jo bhi hai aaj kal shoot pe hi cook karta hoon, normal, dal, chawal alag, alag tarah ke.u00a0

My childhoodu00a0u00a0memory of food

My mom made excellent moong ki dal, khichdi, bhindi ki sabzi. I remember I was never fond of ice creams, chocolates. Bachpan main toh main bahut jyaada fit tha. I could eat 40 rotis in the whole day and would have three-four litres of milk. From the ages of 12-21, I could drink minimum two litres of milk and continue to have 40 rotis in the whole day, I could eat it with any dal. Hero banne ke baad meri diet, sab jo bhi hai,
sab angrez ho gayi, English ho gaya hoon main pura.u00a0u00a0

My idea of a romanticu00a0u00a0meal
Aaj kal meri wife mujhe sirf Greek food allow karti hai, nothing more, nothing less as she wants me to have a good body, unhe shaunk chara hai ke bache abhi bade ho gaye hain, she wants me to become younger. I would like to take Sunita to tour all over the world with our children.u00a0u00a0u00a0

u00a0
I feel guilty afteru00a0u00a0eating
Aaj kal khata hi kahan hoon. (laughs). Main ek quaidi hoon, main apni hero ki panah main qaid hoon. I am a qaid hero in the arms of my wife.u00a0

I can't resist buying
I don't buy anything, I just see the market and come back.u00a0u00a0
