"The post mortem report has confirmed that Joseph was under the influence of the liquor when he fell. Doctors have found alcohol content in his blood," said a senior police official associated with the case.
Police have registered an FIR of death due to negligence against Hitesh Mahashay, who had thrown the birthday party at the terrace of his Rohini apartment. Hitesh is still on the run.

Body of evidence
Cops said they have handed over Joseph's body to his family members after conducting post mortem.
"We have questioned several persons who were present at the birthday party when the incident took place. The eyewitnesses said, he was drunk and fell from the terrace on his own," added the police official.
