Two persons, including a woman, were trampled to death by a wild elephant in Jharkhand's Koderma district, a forest officer said on Thursday.

The elephant trampled a woman, Maniya Birhorni, 55, to death at Mariampur. The second deceased has been identified as Baleshwar Soren, a migrant labourer from Deoghar district.
