Mamata Banerjee's longtime PSO removed, TMC raises security concerns

The TMC on Thursday claimed that long-serving security personnel guarding Z-category protectee and former West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee have been removed.

There is, however, no official confirmation regarding the removal or replacement of any personnel in the security apparatus.

In a post on X, the TMC alleged, "Removing the long-serving security personnel is not administrative action, it is a calculated move to isolate and endanger her."
