While one of them died on the spot and has still not been identified, Sridhara, critically injured, ran to the Chamarajpet police quarters for help.
The nightbeatu00a0 policeu00a0 recovered the dead body from the spot and took it to Victoria hospital for a post mortem.
Sridhara was later taken to the same hospital for treatment. Police suspect local rowdies were involved in the murders.
