PMC school clocks up full pass percentage

All 61 students who appeared for the SSC board exams have cleared it


Students of Pune Municipal Corporation's first English medium school bagged a 100% pass percentage yet again, with its second Secondary School Certificate (SSC) batch.

The school, which began in 2007, is running in joint partnership with the Akanksha Foundation and Thermax Social Initiative Foundation (TSIF).

Anu Aga, chairperson, Thermax and Rajya Sabha member, said, "My Congratulations to the principal and her wonderful team of teachers and students for the excellent results. This has demonstrated that when invested in, every child can do well."

Principal of the school, Shalini Sachdev, gave the credit for the success to the students and the staff "who worked really hard to achieve this".

All 61 students who appeared for the SSC board exams have cleared it. Anushree Gadge and Hrishikesh Zagade share the first position at 88.8%.
