Shinde emphasised that Bihar should not return to the era of “Jungle Raj” under opposition rule

Addressing a public rally, Shinde also indirectly criticised Rahul Gandhi, accusing the Congress of misleading the country and being unprepared to accept defeat

Without naming him, he took a dig at public strategist Prashant Kishor, saying some leaders “pass in theory but fail in practice”

Shinde urged voters to support NDA candidates Sachindraprasad Singh (Kalyanpur) and Raju Tiwari, praising their dedication and honest work

He stressed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s “double engine government” has accelerated Bihar’s development

Concluding his speech, Shinde said, “If Bihar wants development, it must choose NDA"

Opposition only has allegations; we have action and vision, he said
