In addition, rural projects under the zilla parishad, totalling around Rs 5.75 crore, were also inaugurated
Major industrial wastewater treatment works under the Panchganga Pollution Control Scheme were also launched
These projects, covering both the municipal corporation and MIDC areas, are worth approximately Rs 361.31 crore
The inauguration ceremony was attended by prominent dignitaries, including ministers Chandrakant Patil and Prakash Aabitkar, MPs Dhananjay Mahadik and Dhairyasheel Mane, MLA Rahul Awade, and other officials
The projects are expected to significantly enhance urban infrastructure, improve environmental management, and contribute to the overall development of Ichalkaranji and the surrounding areas
