During a special discussion on 'Operation Sindoor', Home Minister Amit Shah confirmed that the terrorists, identified as Suleman (alias Faizal), Afghani, and Jibran, were killed on Monday as part of 'Operation Mahadev'

To confirm the terrorists' identities, security forces brought in individuals previously detained for helping them. These detainees then confirmed that the three eliminated terrorists were indeed involved in the April 22 attack in Pahalgam

Meanwhile these individuals were previously detained for providing food and shelter to the terrorists

Suleman, an A-category Lashkar-e-Taiba commander, along with Afghani, another A-category Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist, and Jibran, a notorious and wanted terrorist, were all involved in killing citizens at Baisaran valley in Pahalgam. All three have now been eliminated says Union Minister Shah

Furthermore, the Home Minister added that security forces had recovered Pakistani voter IDs of two of the killed terrorists, as well as chocolates made in Pakistan and the weapons

Moreover, describing the Pahalgam attack as barbaric, Shah stated that innocent civilians were brutally killed in front of their families after being asked about their religion and were shot dead with extreme cruelty
