Prime accused in the Umesh Pal murder case, Asad Ahmed, son of Atiq Ahmed and shooter Ghulam, son of Maksudan were both gunned down by Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force on April 13 in Jhansi. Mother of Umesh Pal, Shanti Devi thanked the Uttar Pradesh government and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for bringing the accused to justice.
