Says retired Lieutenant Jasvir Singh, a Tops Group operations leader, who helped in emergency rescue at Taj

The worst was when I entered the hotel's general manager Karambir Kang's room and saw the bodies of his wife and two children.
The gruesomeness of the scene horrified me. One son was next to his mother, while the other son was in the bathtub and all the bodies were burnt beyond recognition.
When I went to the restored hotel earlier this year, all I could hear were bullets and shouting commandos.
