THE Borivli police could have nipped the making of yet another sex baba in the bud yesterday with the arrest of a fake tantrik on charges of molesting a woman.
Bipin Babulal Vyas (57) was arrested late last night for allegedly groping the 35-year-old (name withheld) by telling her that she had a flaw in her body which needed to be removed (tumhare shareer mein dosh hai, use pehle nikalna padega).
The woman had gone to Vyas to seek his help in winning a lottery worth a few lakh rupees.
Money for victoryWhen the woman went to Vyas alias Vinay Bhang for the first time a month ago, he asked her to give him Rs 11,000 to ensure her victory.
The woman did as she was told but went back to him when she did not win in the first attempt. Vyas then told her to give her an additional Rs 500, which she did.
However, when she went back to Vyas after the second unsuccessful attempt, he told her that she had problems in her body which he would need to treat.

The woman ran away when Vyas started molesting her and filed a complaint with the Borivli police.
"The woman has two kids and belongs to a well-off family. She has alleged that Vyas took Rs 11,500 from her to help her win a lottery and also molested her," said an official from the Borivli Police station.
"Vyas was arrested from his office on S V Road in Borivli at 9 pm and has been booked under Sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 420 (cheating) of the IPC," said B K Shinde, sub-inspector, Borivli police station.

Mehendi Shaikh alias Bengali Baba was arrested earlier this month for persuading many women in a Colaba family, including minors, to have sex with him in order for a 11-year-old mentally challenged boy to be cured.

Baba allegedly called the mentally challenged boy's mother often and raped her.
He had sex with the woman's sister and maid and raped her two daughters and four of their cousins, of whom three were minors.
