The wheat is rotting, but it's not our fault that is what the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) wants to convince its workforce of to keep Congress' assaults at bay.
And, to achieve this, the party is conducting a number of morale-boosting training camps for its members across the state.
According to an office bearer, the party is worried about the demoralised state of the workers due to allegations heaped by the Congress on Pawar, blaming him for the deteriorating agricultural condition in the country and for price rise.

NCP secretary Dinkar Tawde said, "The training programmes are meant to strengthen the organisation and tou00a0 explain the achievements of the party to the workers.
They will also be prepared for the Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections in the state, which have been scheduled for 2012."
However, NCP spokesperson Mahesh Tapase said, "There is no need for us to defend Pawar as the Prime Minister has already made statements in his favour."
