The rains in November did little to pull down the mercury or the humidity if anything, it pushed winter back by a week even with the onset of December

With little to claim for itself anyway when it comes to having a winter, what little chills the city manages to attract in December are also nowhere on the horizon.

At the same time cities in Rajasthan broke all time records with rainfall that they received last month.
