As the Madhya Pradesh government prepared to create a world record with thousands of students performing the Surya Namaskar, along came a fatwa against it. Naturally, a lot of people decided to tweet about it. Like Meena, for instance, who asked: 'Fatwa against Surya Namaskar? They don't deserve anything that is good and uplifting.' Deepika Aradhya wanted to know 'How is Surya Namaskar, a salutation to the sun, idol worship?' Siva Kumar had this message: 'Those against the Surya Namaskar shouldn't come out until evening because the fatwa is against the sun.' And from Mitali Shroff: 'What is this fatwa nonsense? I think we all need to re-think our priorities and stop acting so immature.'

'Happy Birthday, Rahul Dravid. As far as cricket is concerned, may you continue to occupy Wall Street.' That message from a certain Avinash Iyer was one of many wishing the cricketer. While ESPN Cricinfo tweeted: 'The oldest hand in the business just got older,' Prabhat Handoo pointed out: 'No cricketer shares his birthday with you; no one can take this day from you. Have your cake and eat it too!' There was this comment from Siddharth Chhaya: 'Probably the last birthday while on international cricket, but your memories will last for ever!' And an observation from Saurabh Malhotra: 'Rahul Dravid trending, and the myth of the great man being under-rated or overshadowed takes another beating.'

This, according to some people online, is all we need: 'An escape from reality', 'a friend we can tell everything to', 'a loyal boyfriend', 'air to breathe considering there are a few billion people on earth' and 'a new book from JK Rowling.'
