As I'm shooting for almost 14 hours a day for my TV soap Gulaal, I'm constantly thinking about the character I play. These days we are shooting outdoors and everyday it starts to rain in the evening. Though the weather becomes pleasant, this points towards a climatic change that is gradually happening around us.
I'm also reading a book by Anita Desai titled The Zigzag Way that talks about the displacement of people due to mining activities.
Thinking about climatic change, displacement issues and the water crisis that's portrayed in Gulaal, it seems that we're are living in an age that is so evanescent. But I'm glad that I'm doing good work, with good people and I have the support of my family and friends.
