Israeli soldier held for passing info to Iran; top Hamas commander killed in Gaza

An Israeli soldier was arrested for passing information to Iran. The soldier gave "non-security information" to "Iranian elements" in exchange for a fee, authorities said.

Specifically, the soldier is accused of transmitting videos of missile interceptions and photographs of missile landings and hits in Israel during the 12-day war with Iran in June.

Three Hamas leaders killed

Israeli forces killed Iyad Netzer, a top Hamas commander in Gaza, along with Netzer, two other terrorists who had taken part in the October 7, 2023 massacre in Israel which started the war.
