Russian companies are ready to finance arms purchases to defend their plants from Ukrainian drone attacks, Alexander Shokhin, head of the country's most powerful business lobby, told President Vladimir Putin during meeting.
Shokhin said that the companies needed "not only light weapons, but also larger ones, including various electronic warfare systems, laser installations, and other calibers".
Russia fired over 100 drones and two ballistic missiles at Ukraine overnight. On Monday, Moscow urged foreign citizens to leave Kyiv, ahead of "planned systemic strikes".
