Tesla has deployed dozens of gold-colored, steering-wheel-free Cybercabs on public roads in Austin, Texas.

Lacking traditional pedals or controls, these purpose-built vehicles prevent passengers from intervening during emergencies, serving as a test for autonomous technology.
