U.S. President Donald Trump has confirmed a third lethal strike against alleged Venezuelan drug-trafficking vessels in the Caribbean Sea, killing at least three men. Venezuela has accused Washington of waging an “undeclared war” and demanded a United Nations probe into what it calls extrajudicial executions.
