Iran’s missile barrage toward Jordan triggered air raid sirens in the Red Sea city of Aqaba. Jordan`s military says it intercepted four of six missiles, while the remaining two landed in uninhabited areas. Explosions were also reported in the nearby Israeli resort city of Eilat. The US Embassy issued a security alert, advising American citizens to avoid Aqaba`s airport, seaport and military bases due to what it describes as a credible threat.
