Israel has announced the killing of Abed Harb, a senior Hezbollah commander whom the IDF identified as the head of the group`s Engineering Unit. According to the Israeli military, Harb played a central role in developing and deploying explosives used against Israeli troops in southern Lebanon and was involved in military operations spanning decades.
