Shocking footage from Oregon shows a blind man, Quinn Haberl, being violently dragged by federal agents outside the ICE facility in South Portland. Haberl, a visually impaired protester born with congenital glaucoma, was demonstrating peacefully when agents forcibly removed him, dropped him on the pavement, and took his white cane.
