Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service has accused the United Kingdom and France of secretly working to provide Ukraine with nuclear weapons capability, including advanced warhead technology and delivery systems. Moscow claims covert transfers of nuclear components are under discussion and warns this would violate the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
