Delhi Daredevils coach Greg Shipperd yesterday said his team is eager to win their last Indian Premier League match against Pune Warriors here Saturday and avoid the wooden spoon.
New entrants Pune Warriors and new-look Daredevils have struggled throughout the tournament. They are languishing at ninth and 10th place in the points table and are desperate to end the tournament with a win.
Shipperd admitted that Daredevils could not achieve their target in this edition but would like to sign off with a win.
"We would like to finish on a winning note and we are keen to get off from the bottom of the points table," said Shipperd.

"We have a fairly young side and they will find their feet in the coming future. Varun Aaron, Umukut Chand and Umesh Yadav have been our positive finds this season."
