Kevin Pietersen yesterday posted his picture on Twitter asking his followers whether the year 2012 deserves a spot on his arm, especially after their historic Test series win in India. The years 2005, 2009 and 2010-11 are already inked

The extension of that arrangement, due towards the end of England's one-day international trip back to India next month, was dependent on the ongoing success of his "reintegration".

"The contract won't be a problem," said team director Andy Flower. "Kevin has been excellent in every way."
